What is new?
- Links to Atlas 3 manual and release notes are now available from the help dropdown menu. #3500, #3526, #3536, #3743
- These links open the associated Atlas 3 document from the Alpine Support website. The manual and release notes are viewable to all who have the access link, though interaction with the website is only available to registered and signed in users.
- Old messaging system has been removed and replaced with the new Alpine support system. #3579, #3780, #3813
- Inventory Plot Grid builder has been added and optimized. #3762, #3763, #3798
- IPG and RPG builder are now available under the Operator dropdown contained within the Tools additional dropdown.
What has been fixed?
- Vertex line ordering has been fixed to save line vertices in the order that they have been dropped. #3663
- Report issue feature has been properly connected to deliver reported issues to the Alpine development team. #3199
- Thematic updates have been implemented to address losing older thematic settings. #3258
- If older thematic settings are leveraged there is a chance that they will have to be updated manually and then saved using the new thematic feature. Please reach out to the Alpine support team for assistance if you’re experiencing an issue leveraging older saved thematic settings.
- Browse summary bar issues have been resolved. #3456
- Atlas 3 compatibility with different open versions of Atlas 3 has been resolved. #3525
- Custom ortho thematic settings can now be implemented #3529
- Users will be notified once on a change that there are default ortho thematic settings, but after acknowledging that, they will not be notified again.
- Export layout to PDF user interface updates have been implemented. #3533, #3608
- Standardized C field character lengths have been increased to accept 254 characters. #3656
- Bugs coming from the character length updates have been resolved. #3708, #3759
- Link, Label, and C fields have been updated to contain max 254-character values. #3760
- Standardized attribute reference document has been updated within the Forester dropdown menu. #3809
